Warranty Policy

All bags comes with 1 Year Product Warranty (Manufacturer Defect Issues Only)

If you experience any issue with our bags, please email to our Customer Care at sales@bagmanonline.com.my or call us at 03-80807276 for assistance.

We offer 1-to-1 Exchange if you received a defective product within the 1st 7-days upon receival date, Bagman Online shall bear the shipping cost to collect and return a replacement to customer.

For claims made after the 1st 7-days, customers will need to bear the shipping fee to send the defective product to Bagman Online, while Bagman Online to bear the shipping cost to return the replacement to customer.

Important: Bagman Online will bear only shipping cost for return delivery within Malaysia address. For any return delivery outside Malaysia, customer will need to bear the return shipping cost as well.


What is not covered?

Included but not limited to: Abuse & misuse, defects or damage that result from:

(a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse;

(b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food;

(c) use of the products or accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessory to abnormal usage or conditions;

or (d) other acts which are not the fault of Bagman ONline, are excluded from coverage.


NO WARRANTY for Best Buy and Promotional items.

If you received a defective best buy / promotional item(s), kindly contact us at sales@bagmanonline.com.my or call us at 03-80807276 for assistance within the 1st 7-days upon receival date, we will not entertain any exchange request thereafter.
