Shipping

We provide FREE SHIPPING for you to anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia. Shipping charges applied for East Malaysia.

You can expect your order to arrive within 5 - 8 working days. We ship from Kuala Lumpur. So if you live nearby, you can
expect your order to arrive earlier. Orders placed after 1pm (Mon - Fri, excluding public holidays) will be considered next working day order.

Shipping charges to Sabah & Sarawak is as follow:

RM17.50    RM14.50
Please note that we only ship to Malaysia for the time being.


Product Warranty

All bags comes with a 1 Year Product Warranty, which covers Manufacturing Defect & Normal Wear & Tear.

What is not covered?
Abuse & misuse, defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect,
such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; (c) use of the products or accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessory to abnormal usage or conditions;
or (d) other acts which are not the fault of Bagmanonline, are excluded from coverage.
 
There is no warranty for Best Buy and Promotional items.

3-Product with Original Packaging
4-Details of the reason for your return
5-Warranty Card

Don't forget your warranty card! Bags received without warranty card will be charged for repair. 


Return & Refund Policy

We provide replacement for a wrong or defective bag sent.
Exchange for different bag or color is subject to approval from Bagmanonline.
Any approved request for a different design or color as replacement, the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

If you do not like the bag that you have purchased, please note that no direct monetary refund is allowed.
However, we will offer you a special promo code or evouchers which you may use on Bagmanonline to purchase a different bag.
Please note that the shipping fee for the return of the original bag purchased will be borne by the customer.
